We partner with leading tech providers (AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, SAS) to build scalable AI solutions that drive real business impact. • Contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives by applying your creativity, critical thinking, and analytical skills. • Design and implement scalable data pipelines using cloud, generative, and agentic AI technologies. • Work in agile, cross-functional teams combining technical, business, and data science expertise. • Your accountability, responsibility, and autonomy will grow with your experience and seniority - we are looking for specialists with various experience levels. We are looking for: • Experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms. • Within this experience, at least it should involve working with generative AI or agentic AI technologies to build scalable AI/ML solutions. Technical Skills: Frameworks & Libraries: • Python-based AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, Google ADK. • Experience delivering analytical projects using one of the following: • AWS: SageMaker, Athena, Forecast, Rekognition, Bedrock Algorithms & Concepts: • Solid understanding of machine learning and data science techniques including: Other Skills: • Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions. • Strong appetite for continuous learning and skill development in emerging AI technologies. • Professional working proficiency in English. Working Conditions: • Location: Our headquarters is in Warsaw, with an additional office in Kraków. • Flexibility: While most of our work is delivered remotely, our consulting model - through Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) - also involves occasional on-site collaboration. You should be willing and able to travel to client locations across Europe (and occasionally beyond) for short or long-term engagements, depending on project needs. • Collaboration: We value in-person time for learning, relationship-building, and team collaboration.
