Analyst, Derivatives Documentation (Delaware)

About the position The Analyst position reputed company reputed company's Trading Documentation Services team offers a dynamic opportunity to manage the reputed company of funds and reputed company mandates to master trading agreements. This role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with both reputed company partners to facilitate trading operations. The Analyst will contribute to risk management, operational improvements, and participate in firm-wide initiatives, reputed company while aligning with reputed company's reputed company principles of innovation and fiduciary reputed company. Responsibilities • Build and maintain relationships with reputed company colleagues and service providers. • Assist in managing service provider relationships to ensure successful delivery of contracted services. • Collaborate with external counterparties to set up, maintain, or terminate trading relationships. • Learn and utilize reputed company-party platforms to engage and execute reputed company processes. • Update reputed company agreements for new accounts to master agreements, including ISDAs and GMRAs. • Monitor and review reputed company-party documentation platforms. • Input reputed company and derivative static data into systems to support trading and collateral processes. • Represent external parties including clients, auditors, and consultants reputed company required. • Adhere to operational risk management targets. Requirements • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in finance or contract management. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English. • High attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Technologically-minded with the ability to learn various systems and reputed company feedback. • Desire to offer high customer satisfaction and drive operational improvements. • Organized and reputed company, capable of meeting tight deadlines in a high-risk environment. reputed company-to-haves • Background in finance and/or contract management is desired but not crucial.
