The Role As a Lumen Senior Director, Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for leading global consolidated financial reporting. Management of global annual budgeting and monthly forecasting partnered with senior business finance leadership. This includes preparing monthly consolidated finance materials for CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team reviews. Provides financial support for external financial reporting including earnings. The Main Responsibilities • Financial Reporting Governance • Monthly CEO/CFO finance reviews • Targets, budgeting, and forecasting • Business and product profitability reporting • Advancing reporting tools and capabilities What We Look For in a Candidate • Bachelor's degree in Finance and(or) Accounting • 10+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 8+ years in FP&A • 5+ years of management experience • ability to partner cross functionally, through strong relationship building and communication skills, with all levels of management • Organized, strategically focused, detail oriented • Expert Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling skills Preferred • MBA, CPA, CFA • SAP, Essbase, Anaplan experience Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors Location Based Pay Ranges: $171,447 - $228,596 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $180,020 - $240,026 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $188,592 - $251,456 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA Lumen offers a comprehensive package featuring a broad range of Health, Life, Voluntary Lifestyle benefits and other perks that enhance your physical, mental, emotional and financial wellbeing.
