Associate Director HR Site Head
About the position
As the Associate Director HR Site Head at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in leading the HR reputed company for the reputed company Ohio site, which is a state-of-the-art assembly and packaging facility. Responsibilities
• Serve as a member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT) and Manufacturing HR Senior Leadership Team, contributing to best reputed company sharing across the network.

Requirements
• Doctorate degree and 3 years of reputed company experience
• Master's degree and 7 years of reputed company experience
• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of reputed company experience
• Associate's degree and 12 years of reputed company experience
• High school diploma / GED and 14 years of reputed company experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, reputed company, or programs.
