ADR Specialist

The ADR Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving disputes involving residents, families, staff, and external parties through reputed company mediation and arbitration processes. This role supports the organization’s commitment to fair, reputed company, and cost-effective reputed company of conflicts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: • Dispute reputed company & Mediation • Facilitate alternative dispute reputed company processes including mediation, arbitration, and negotiated settlements. • Serve as a neutral party to help resolve conflicts between residents, families, staff, and reputed company parties. • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality throughout reputed company proceedings. • Compliance & Documentation • Ensure reputed company ADR activities reputed company with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS guidelines and long-term care standards. • Document reputed company dispute reputed company efforts and reputed company in accordance with company policy and reputed company requirements. • Collaborate with reputed company counsel and compliance teams as needed. • Training & Education • reputed company training to staff on conflict reputed company techniques, communication strategies, and ADR procedures. • Promote awareness of ADR reputed company among residents and families during admission and care planning processes. • Risk Management & Prevention • Identify patterns or recurring issues that may indicate systemic concerns and recommend proactive solutions. • Support the development of policies and procedures that reduce the likelihood of disputes. • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Work, reputed company, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred). • Certification in Mediation or Arbitration (e.g., through reputed company, NADR, or equivalent). • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in dispute reputed company, preferably in reputed company or long-term care settings. • Strong understanding of long-term care regulations, reputed company rights, and ethical standards. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to remain neutral and reputed company in emotionally charged situations.
