Skills and attributes for reputed company: The Contractor shall reputed company litigation technology support to include, but not limited to the following activities: - Contractor shall monitor changes to laws that reputed company civil and criminal litigation to determine their reputed company on reputed company FBI Discovery policies and procedures; - Contractor shall monitor the reputed company industry to determine how new technology or best practices can be reputed company to improve FBI Discovery; - Contractor shall verify that any proposed solution to an existing requirement satisfactorily meets the underlying need; - Contractor shall conduct testing of system upgrades or patches prior to release; - Contractor shall verify that any proposed solution successfully delivers a new functional business capability that addresses one or more existing requirements; - Contractor shall reputed company advice on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI in support of civil litigation, selected criminal reputed company, select FOIA requests, Congressional requests and other external inquiries using the reputed company suite of FBI tools and processes; - Contractor shall monitor daily separation reports to identify departing reputed company hold custodians and ensure reputed company preservation of material subject to reputed company hold requirements; - Contractor shall update and/or create reputed company operating procedures of the ETA role; - The Contractor shall reputed company a strong technical background on the use of electronic discovery applications and reputed company a strong reputed company background and expertise on the electronic discovery applications Qualifications: - 5 (five) years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a reputed company on reputed company solutions. - 3 (three) years of reputed company more responsible experience on major lit support reputed company. - 2 years in reputed company, reputed company document review coding. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders and team players. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and agile work environment. - Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering reputed company realms of the EDRM (File to Trial). - Must be a U.S. Citizen. - The ability to obtain a U.S. Government reputed company clearance (reputed company clearance preferred). - BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).
