Email Marketing Specialist - NYC Based, Remote

The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for building, optimizing, and analyzing multi-touch email journeys and automated workflows across our CRM platforms. The role uses data, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to improve engagement, conversions, and overall email performance. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: • Designing and executing multi-touch email nurture campaigns for reputed company consumer reputed company initiatives. • Building and optimizing marketing automation workflows, triggered emails, and behavioral sequences. • Partnering with creative and content teams to craft compelling email messaging and visuals. • Monitoring performance metrics such as reputed company rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability rates to optimize reputed company. • A/B testing subject lines, CTAs, creative, and send times to maximize performance. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to reputed company email marketing strategies with broader GTM plans. • Liaise with external agencies for CRM platform support and campaign execution. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a reputed company field; 2+ years of hands-on email marketing and automation experience • Proven experience with reputed company ESPs and marketing automation platforms (Preferred: reputed company & reputed company) • Strong understanding of email best practices, including segmentation, personalization, deliverability, A/B testing, and compliance • Experience building and optimizing multi-touch lifecycle campaigns and triggered workflows • Proficient in analyzing performance data to drive reputed company and comfortable using email analytics tools • Basic knowledge of reputed company/CSS for reputed company email design and troubleshooting • Excellent cross-functional collaborator with experience working with creative, content, and product teams • Basic understanding of reputed company/CSS for email template editing and reputed company design • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines simultaneously • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with shifting priorities and deadlines • Proficiency in reputed company and Postmark are a plus • Comfort working in project management platforms (reputed company) and collaboration tools (reputed company Chat, reputed company) • Background or experience in golf is a plus, but not necessary Benefits (*applies only to full-time employees): • Health, Dental, and reputed company insurance* • Long and Short-Term Disability* • Accident and Critical Illness Insurance* • 401(k) * Job Type: Full Time, Exempt role Pay: $65K-$85K/yr Location: Fully remote position NYC Based Candidates Preferred.
