COMMUNITY NAMECommunity Support OfficeJOB OVERVIEW The Digital Marketing Specialist supports Sunrise's paid media strategy through execution, optimization, and analysis of paid and owned digital channels with a focus on our New Openings and Acquisitions. They manage campaign strategy, targeting, and creative alignment across paid search, social, and display while supporting media testing, listings management, and performance reporting. This role also helps ensure cohesive messaging, effective website content, and strong vendor and partner collaboration for flawless campaign execution. The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed as follows: • Manage planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to support high-priority Sunrise communities. • Work with the media agency on all paid media campaigns, driving optimal performance to increase and maintain share of voice, engagement, website traffic, and customer acquisition goals. • Partner closely with external agencies and internal Integrated Marketing, Creative and Communications teams on strategy, execution, and performance. • Support the Manager, Digital Marketing with agency workplan management: ensure agencies meet deadlines, deliver promised outputs, and proactively follow up on progress weekly. • Support the development of in-depth analysis and reporting of digital media. • Work within tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and BNI to manage projects efficiently. • Maintain compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state/province or other regulating authorities. • Perform other duties as assigned. The requirements listed throughout this job description are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with online/digital media planning and implementation expertise. • Strong understanding of digital marketing efforts, specifically paid media (SEM, Programmatic, Social Media), as well as SEO and email marketing. • Creativity, attention to detail, initiative-taker. • Excellent communicator, project management and analytical skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) with a strong focus on integrated digital media campaigns. • Familiarity with reporting on digital media metrics (through tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau) or extracting platform-level data.
