Regional Employee Engagement Officer (RHR)

Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests • Develop standard job titles and descriptions • Maintain employee records • Assist with job posting and recruiting process, • Train/support new HR personnel • Review/Update HR policies as needed, employee handbook, orientation guide • Assist with compliance investigations • Track employee injury claims • Track FMLA/injury leave • Support other assigned functions Qualifications and Skills • Experience as an HR Coordinator a plus, Nursing Home or Health field experience preferres • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations • Effective people management skills • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices • Good written and verbal communication skills • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools • Must be able to travel/work remotely when required Benefits: • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • 401K • Paid time off Salary: • Range from $50,000 to $80,000 based on years of experience Corporate Staff Development Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities: • Implement training program per state requirements • Assist facility with various aspect of required trainings • Coordinate required orientation trainings • Conduct monthly trainings via in person or virtual meetings • Maintain facility training records Qualifications and Skills • Must possess a current Texas RN/LVN License • Effective people management skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools • Must be able to travel/work remotely when required Benefits: • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • 401K • Paid time off Salary: • Range from $50,000 to $80,000 based on years of experience Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
