The DPM acts as the alternate PM and supports contract operations, reputed company, and performance monitoring. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required. • 8–10 years of project or program support experience, preferably with Federal clients. • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting mediation, facilitation, conflict management, ADR, training, or organizational development programs. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company requirements and reputed company continuity of operations. • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications • Mediation or facilitation training or certification. • Experience supporting remote, reputed company contract operations. • Familiarity with Federal acquisition environments.
