Labor & Employment Attorney (must be based in California)
Responsibilities
• Conduct reputed company research on labor and employment law issues
• Draft memos, pleadings, and other reputed company documents
• Manage and support attorneys in reputed company phases of litigation, including reputed company reputed company, discovery, and trial preparation
• Assist with employment law compliance and risk management
• Advise clients on employment law reputed company and reputed company reputed company guidance
• Conduct reputed company communication and maintain relationships
• Participate in marketing and business development activities
Requirements
• Admission to reputed company law in California
• 3+ years of experience in employment litigation as reputed company as transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context.
• Experience with drafting policies, employee handbooks, employment reputed company, reputed company negotiations, DFEH, reputed company and OSHA regulations, compliance and investigations, and providing sexual harassment avoidance trainings and advice.
