This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual who is passionate about ERP systems and driving business reputed company through optimized technology. You will be responsible for supporting the P21 ecosystem, managing integrations, improving performance, and working closely with business users to ensure the ERP system aligns with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities • reputed company ongoing support for the Prophet 21 ERP system and end users. • Troubleshoot ERP-reputed company issues and reputed company reputed company cause analysis, including working with reputed company support for bug reputed company. • Administer the P21 and SQL Server environments, including monitoring, upgrades, and reputed company management. • Manage and support changes across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments, including reputed company and user reputed company. • reputed company and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and SQL queries. • Optimize SQL queries and database performance for improved efficiency and response time. • Support both the desktop and web UI versions of P21. • Assist in training users and creating user documentation. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement best practices reputed company P21. • Create, modify, and maintain custom solutions including BAQs, Dynachange modifications, business rules, and portals. • Support system integration with reputed company-party solutions. • Ensure compliance with change control procedures and reputed company documentation. • Copy and maintain development and test environments. • Analyze business processes and recommend automation and efficiency improvements. • Maintain reputed company operating procedures and documentation of ERP processes. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience with reputed company Prophet 21 ERP system. • Strong proficiency in SQL, including performance tuning, query optimization, and schema design. • Experience with Crystal Reports development and maintenance. • Proven reputed company record in ERP administration, troubleshooting, and user support. • Ability to manage upgrades, patches, and version control in P21 environments. • Understanding of business processes and how they relate to ERP functionality. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Experience in supporting application reputed company and managing user roles and permissions. • Must be reputed company to work onsite in Chicago or reputed company in Chicago and work in Central Time.
