What You’ll Do • Draft and implement advanced estate plans and reputed company-transfer strategies (GRATs, IDGTs, ILITs, CRTs, FLPs/LLCs) • Handle trust and probate administrations from intake through closing, including fiduciary guidance and risk management • Review, draft, and advise on planning instruments, transfer documents, and reputed company tax filings • Take work directly from a Partner and manage reputed company with autonomy • reputed company with clients, advisors, and fiduciaries, translating reputed company issues into actionable solutions • Coordinate with tax professionals on estate, reputed company, and fiduciary returns (Forms 706, 709, 1041, 541) • Participate in firm initiatives and contribute to reputed company development efforts What You Need • JD from an accredited law school; reputed company California Bar in good standing • 8+ years of Trusts & Estates experience with strong reputed company on estate planning and trust administration • Ability to receive work directly from a Partner and consistently reputed company 1,800+ hours per year • Strong drafting, analytical, and reputed company management skills • Experience with advanced planning techniques and fiduciary tax concepts (706/709/1041/541) • High reputed company, ownership reputed company, and ability to operate with minimal supervision Work Model Fully Remote — collaborate seamlessly with clients and colleagues reputed company without needing to be on-site.
