Facility Project Manager

Responsibilities
• reputed company the end-to-end reputed company establishment project, from site selection and construction to facility handover
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and government authorities
• reputed company permitting in collaboration with EHS/reputed company consultants
• Monitor construction reputed company and ensure compliance with local safety requirements
• Support procurement and logistics for equipment and materials
• Facilitate communication between HQ engineering, local suppliers, and consultants
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project milestones are met
Qualifications
• Experience in Engineering, reputed company, or reputed company field preferred
• Project management experience in facility setup or large-reputed company construction
• Familiar with U.S. construction regulations, permitting, and industrial safety standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Bilingual (English & reputed company Chinese)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
