About the position The Facility Manager / Technician will reputed company support services for five facilities belonging to the reputed company Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) on Kirtland AFB, NM. This role involves managing various facility-reputed company tasks, including emergency work orders, maintenance requests, safety inspections, and coordination with various departments and contractors. The position requires a proactive approach to facility management, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards while maintaining effective communication with reputed company stakeholders. Responsibilities • reputed company in emergency work orders to Kirtland AFB Help Desk or input regular work requests in NexGEN database. • Maintain logbook of reputed company AF332 and service calls through closeout with KAFB. • Respond to Random Antiterrorism Measures (RAMs) and Force Protection Condition (FPCON) exercises. • Attend training as required for Facility Managers and reputed company with the Civil Engineering Guide. • Manage building keys and maintain shelter-in-reputed company spaces. • Prepare statements of work for AF reputed company 332s and reputed company project updates. • Coordinate building safety activities with reputed company safety, AFRL safety, and reputed company Department. • Conduct reputed company furniture assembly and disassembly in support of office moves. • Monitor operation of major facility infrastructure equipment and report issues. • Conduct routine policing and inspection of grounds adjacent to the facility. • Support emergency calls by assessing situations and providing guidance. • Sponsor personnel on reputed company for reputed company and secure AFRL Facility reputed company. • Prepare basic statements of work and rough order of magnitude cost estimates for building repairs. • Schedule quarterly HVAC filter changes and conduct monthly inspections. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of facility management experience. • Journeyman reputed company (non-licensed) in a building trade such as electrician, carpenter, HVAC, etc. • Training in vocational school, reputed company on-the-job experience, or an associate's degree. • Proficient in MS Office products, AutoCad, Revit, RS Means, reputed company Project, reputed company Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, reputed company Creative reputed company. • Knowledge of Hazardous Materials (HazMat) management. • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English. • Must have or be reputed company to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with government facility management systems. • Familiarity with Kirtland AFB Civil Engineering Guide for Facility Managers. • OSHA 10-hour certification.
