Pricing & Operations Analyst; Remote

Position: Pricing & Operations Analyst (Remote) Overview Employer Industry: Healthcare Technology Why consider this job opportunity: • Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment • High visibility role supporting growth and product organizations related to pricing and ROI documentation • Dynamic company culture that promotes work/life balance • Competitive salary and bonus structure, along with generous HSA contributions and comprehensive healthcare benefits • Unlimited PTO for salaried associates, with 9 paid holidays • Paid Parental Leave for both birth and adoptive parents What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Provide support for the pricing approval process by reviewing incoming requests and coordinating approvals • Analyze sales win/loss data to assess pricing accuracy and compliance with pricing guidance • Support the development and maintenance of pricing dashboards and data-driven pricing recommendations • Maintain and update pricing calculators, ROI templates, and other pricing tools • Collaborate with the product team to develop pricing for new product launches based on market potential and competitor pricing What is Required (Qualifications) • BS/BA degree from an accredited four-year college or university, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or another quantitative field • Minimum of 3 months of work experience in the Enterprise SaaS/B2B industry, finance, or sales operations • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including skills in v-lookups, modeling, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and ever-changing work environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience in pricing analysis or financial modeling within the healthcare technology sector • Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis • Knowledge of ROI metrics and financial performance indicators • Experience with data visualization tools or software • Strong interpersonal and communication skills #Healthcare Technology #Pricing Analysis #Career Growth #Remote Work #Work Life Balance "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
