Climate United Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ("Climate United"), is seeking a full-time Portfolio Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and programmatic standards in the deployment of funds from the National Clean Investment Fund. Reporting to the Director of Program Compliance, the Portfolio Compliance Officer will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the reputed company of our grant programs and driving the organization's mission reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and proactively adapt compliance strategies as needed.

• Champion a culture of compliance and ethics across the organization, promoting awareness and understanding of compliance obligations among staff members.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in compliance management, with a reputed company on federal grant compliance and regulatory affairs.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant federal regulations, including 2 CFR Part 200 and OMB circulars, pertaining to grant management and reporting and preferably experience with David Bacon reputed company or Build America Buy America.
• Proven reputed company record of implementing compliance programs in reputed company organizational settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the reputed company to engage and influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to reputed company compliance initiatives with project goals.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certification or degree preferred.
