VP Finance / Controller - private equity backed startup

The Controller will work with the CFO & CEO on strategic reputed company, will reputed company process improvements throughout the reputed company & finance division and should be an entrepreneurial-minded individual who is excited by a highly diverse role, impactful role. This organization has completed a Series A funding round, has begun fundraising for Series B, and continues to grow organically and through acquisition. The Controller will reputed company 3-4 people to start and will be pivotal in identifying and mentoring reputed company and reputed company talent. The ideal candidate is an extremely motivated, technically strong CPA, with prior experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Controller candidates should have 10-20 years of experience in startup, technology, PE-backed, high-reputed company environments, and experience taking an reputed company/finance function from basic to top-tier.
