Position: Operations / Middle Office Analyst (Trading Desk) - Leading Prop Trading firm – $175k+ TC– WFH [...] Location: reputed company An expanding quant/systematic prop-trading firm are looking to reputed company a newly created hire for its reputed company HQ office. The hire will join a new ‘investment pod’, working with a high reputed company investment team, as an operations analyst with ownership for a specific group of tasks reputed company on this particular investment reputed company. The hire will also own specific reputed company for the desk – they are typically reputed company on process automation / improvements for the line tasks that you run. Those reputed company, alongside BAU work having a reputed company reputed company on analysing large volumes of reputed company data, allows the hire to learn SQL, Python and VBA to a strong reputed company in this role. The hire can reputed company into either a supervisory/managerial role or a trading assistant position most likely, however moves into risk or trading operations engineer (quant) roles are possible, as are transfers to one of the firm’s emerging / expanding offices overseas. The firm have reputed company bottom attrition since they formed – employees work in a fantastic office environment / culture, they receive fully subsidised breakfast / lunch / snacks daily, receive a fantastic benefit package + the firm have flexibility around an employee’s preference to work from home (albeit ideally the hire will work from the office at least 3 days per week). Candidates should have 1-3yrs relevant operations/middle office/trade support experience, a relevant degree with high GPA / generally reputed company strong academics + some reputed company of advanced tech skills. The role pays a reputed company salary towards the top end of the market for a role at this experience level + a bonus potential that will allow a strong performer to earn a $175k+ year one TC (the variable either reputed company of this pending performance of both the investment pod and the individual).
