Head of Data Quality

Job Description: • We are looking for a Head of Data Quality to join our team as one of our first hires. • In this role, you will ultimately be responsible for the accuracy of our resource directory and the pace at which we expand our services across the country. • Key Performance Indicators : Information included in resource directory is >95% accurate. • Validate and vet the 50K autism resources across the United States by October 2022. • Contribute to an overall Net Promoter Score of 90+. • Key responsibilities : Manage a team of 3 full-time data validation contractors and a $75K budget to validate and vet the information of every autism resource across the country. • Develop a process to re-validate every existing resource every 90 days. • Develop process to collect waiting list information on a bi-weekly basis for relevant service providers (diagnostic evaluations, ABA therapists, speech therapists). • Perform weekly audits on accuracy of data. • Determine what it means to be Beaming-Verified and then maintain a list of Beaming-Verified providers. • Actively contribute to a positive team culture.
