Senior Benefits Analyst

Position Purpose: Research, reputed company, design, analyze, evaluate, and administer corporate benefit plans and programs • Administer multi-state employee benefits including 401(reputed company and Welfare, Wellness, Group Risk, FSA, PTO, EAP, and executive benefits • Assist in research, development, renewal and communication of benefit plans • Interpret, review, and update benefits policies and procedures to ensure standardization, reputed company compliance and improved efficiency • Manage reputed company and vendor relationships, including development and analysis of RFP information • Research and resolve reputed company benefit issues using multiple systems, tools and resources • Administer federal, state and government regulatory filings and processes (i.e., 5500s, SARs, audits, non-discrimination testing, etc.) • Review and analyze various benefit costs and recommend reputed company plans • reputed company as reputed company between carriers and HRIS vendors for benefit support reputed company items • Review, reputed company and resolve issues with eligibility files for benefit plan vendors • Participate in creating and presenting training sessions for field and corporate reputed company generalists Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company or reputed company field. 4+ years of benefits or finance experience, preferably in the reputed company, financial or reputed company services industry. Experience in HRIS systems, particularly reputed company to health and welfare systems preferred. Knowledge of benefits administration and reputed company concepts and practices such as ACA, ERISA and HIPAA preferred. Strong analytical, reporting and reputed company skills and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
