Job Description:
• Provides technical and administrative support of multiple Business Services Applications and Systems
• Plans, monitors, priorities, schedules, and controls several assigned projects concurrently
• Provides support to customers, resolves escalated issues
Requirements:
• 9 years related experience in health care
• 5 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years related experience with a Master’s degree
• Knowledge and understanding of revenue cycle
• Proficient with Windows-style applications
• Computer skills and dexterity required for data entry
