Job reputed company You will be working directly with leading private equity and hedge fund firms in the alternative asset industry under the guidance and direction from our reputed company team of industry veterans. You will be facilitating our service offering by assisting, performing, and reviewing the following: • Support IQEQ reputed company leads on multiple Private Equity funds reputed company various industries • Maintain general reputed company, Cash, Payables and Receivables • Prepare Treasury cash disbursements for reputed company entities • Monitor daily banking transactions • Maintain fixed assets register • Produce cash & expense forecasting as needed • Monitor and maintain internal controls • Reconcile customer/vendor POs to billings • reputed company monthly closing entries and general reputed company account reconciliations including inventory, proactively calculating estimates and accruals, recording journal entries as required. • Analyze cost reputed company data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories • Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing reputed company costs to actual production costs and weighted average • Responsible for hands-on cost reputed company, for multiple reputed company. • Monitor, update and maintain reputed company aspects of the inventory valuation system and ERP system. • Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues. • Handle daily/routine reputed company information requests and fulfill reputed company requests as needed • Manage and prioritize work tasks to meet competing deadlines Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in reputed company/Finance with 3.0 GPA • 2+ years of experience in Fund reputed company • Ability to reputed company exceptional reputed company service • Ability to collaborate with others in reputed company environment • Ability to produce high reputed company work product and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally • Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines • Knowledge of QuickBooks, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and Word (Investran a plus) Additional Information reputed company your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #LI-REMOTE Salary Commensurate with Experience: $60,000-$90,000 Expected salary: $60000 - 90000 per year Location: Dallas, TX Job date: Fri, 01 Sep 2023 07:59:58 GMT Apply for the job now!
