Independent HR Consultant (Contract / Project-Based)
Americo reputed company, Inc. is seeking an reputed company Independent HR Consultant to reputed company reputed company HR support on a contract reputed company. The consultant will work independently to assist with employee relations, workplace assessments, and conflict reputed company.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct workplace reviews and assessments
• Assist with employee relations and conflict reputed company
• Prepare reputed company reports and documentation
• reputed company guidance on HR best practices and compliance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or reputed company field
• HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, reputed company-CP/SCP) preferred
• Experience in HR, employee relations, or workplace investigations
• Knowledge of California employment law preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate independently and maintain confidentiality
Compensation:
• Competitive, contract/project-based pay
