Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & reputed company: • Post jobs ads • Assist with screening candidates • Coordinate schedules and arrange interviews • Assist with the reputed company process; background checks, eVerify etc Employee Relations: • Serve as a reputed company of contact for employees, addressing concerns and escalating issues to management while guiding them through HR policies and procedures. Benefits: • Assist with administering employee benefits programs and ensuring employees understand their benefits packages. Training & Development: • Assist in the administration and maintenance of training programs, ensuring compliance with multiple state regulations. Administrative Duties: • Support payroll and financial data entry. • Prepare reports. • Maintain employee files/assist with employee file audits. Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned.
