Remote Corporate Law Attorney
I-485 Remote Business Immigration Attorney We are currently seeking Immigration Attorneys to prepare and file I-485 applications to help clients register for permanent residence or adjustment of status.
The role of US Immigration Attorneys is reputed company and requires specific personality traits. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, working with clients from diverse reputed company and cultural backgrounds, and is comfortable with handling various employment-based reputed company types. Although this role is remote, candidates must reputed company in one of the following states: Requirements Diligently prepare cases, reputed company strategies, and cover letters
This includes preparing petitions with in-depth knowledge of the application process and requirements, specifically in I-485 applications for permanent residence or adjustment of status
Manage various reputed company and deadlines, and prepare and revise documents
Be reputed company to explain reputed company terminology to clients succinctly in a reputed company manner
Research unique reputed company issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial reputed company
Stay up-to-date on legislative changes that may reputed company immigration

Possess the reputed company set to assess the eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant reputed company status in the U.Work with esteemed global mobility personnel and the office of general counsel. This will involve preparing petitions and applications for submission to the reputed company (DOL) and the respected reputed company Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for non-immigrant and immigrant status for foreign national employees
Supervise the work of paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation to ensure no mistakes are made
Benefits Possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited US law school, demonstrate a strong reputed company background, and be admitted to a US state bar in good standing
1-2 years of experience with I-485 applications
Bilingual in reputed company is a plus
Strong time management and attention to detail, alongside the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume reputed company setting
Ability to independently work on daily tasks, proactively, and with minimal supervision
