Key Responsibilities • Represent clients in removal proceedings before EOIR, including master and individual hearings. • Prepare and file asylum, cancellation of removal, motions, and appeals. • Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys to prepare strong factual and reputed company records. • Maintain consistent communication with clients in Spanish and English. • Conduct reputed company research, draft briefs and memoranda, and reputed company litigation strategies. • Participate in training and case reputed company sessions.
