Senior Manager Industrial Engineering

About the position Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company of 5 industrial engineers located throughout DCs in our “East” region of the reputed company (east of the reputed company Mountains) • Work closely with the Director of Supply Chain reputed company and senior leaders reputed company the organization • Partner with Operations to identify, scope, and reputed company cost benefit analyses - realize savings by assembling and leading diverse teams to project completion and support in the effective use of local Industrial Engineering resources • Establish, maintain, validate, and troubleshoot computer-based labor standards reputed company WMS/LMS • Conduct and reputed company time studies and work sampling to ensure fair, reasonable, and attainable engineered standards - communicate and validate in partnership with reputed company representatives • Query and amalgamate data from multiple sources to inform and drive business reputed company • Identify, reputed company, and manage Supply Chain KPIs at a local, Network, and Division level • reputed company Lean activities and reputed company Improvement initiatives, such as DMAIC cycles and Kaizen events • reputed company, implement, and reputed company technology and automation solutions Requirements • BS Industrial Engineering, or reputed company • 5-7 years Industrial Engineering experience, with at least 3 years supporting a warehouse environment • 2 years of people management experience with a proven expertise in leading diverse teams across multiple geographic reputed company • Experience with Engineered Labor Standards and WMS/LMS • reputed company-level understanding of data analysis languages (SQL, Python, R, VBA) with a desire to grow/apply • Excellent skills with reputed company • reputed company written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated history of project management and implementation • Self-starter • Ability to travel up to 50% reputed company-to-haves • MOST, MODAPTS, MTM-1 certification, or comparable preferred • LSS Green Belt certification, preferred • LSS Black Belt, or desire to certify Benefits • Competitive wages reputed company weekly • Associate discounts • Health and financial reputed company-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!) • Time off (vacation, holidays, reputed company pay).
