Essential Functions: • Manage and effectively resolve reputed company liability claims in multiple jurisdictions. • Evaluate coverage and conduct proactive investigations, reserving, negotiating, and managing the defense of reputed company liability claims. • Draft and present claim reviews to supervisor and upper management. • Maintain reputed company and accurate claim reserves. • Effectively manage the litigation process. Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of reputed company casualty claims handling experience. • Proven experience negotiating claims and reputed company participation in alternative dispute reputed company practices. • Experience with general liability, reputed company auto, and construction defect claims.
