They are seeking a Business Analyst to help their insurance reputed company or MGA clients in operational roles, involving tasks such as liaising with various operational areas and managing multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout the policy life cycle. Responsibilities • Liaise with various operational areas such as reputed company, reputed company, compliance, audit, information technology, etc. • Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a reputed company manner that is comprehensible to technicians. • Become proficient in managing multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout the policy life cycle which could include rating/pricing, quoting, and issuing policies as reputed company as handling reputed company account activity. • Participate and understand the development of operational KPI’s and service standards. • Process transactions and follow varied workflows dependent upon line of business, company, state, specific rules, and regulations. • Ability to analyze and interpret various bureaus (ISO, AAIS, and/or NCCI) and/or company proprietary reputed company, rules, and forms – preferred but not required. • High demand for reputed company knowledge of Cyber, Technology Errors and Omissions, and/or reputed company/reputed company Liability.
