Integration Architect; Workfront Fusion

Position: Integration Architect (Workfront Fusion) Overview Integration Architect (Workfront Fusion) at LeapPoint, an Omnicom Precision Marketing Group Company. OPMG is a global network of agencies and consultancies spanning CRM, customer experience design, marketing technology, and business consulting. This role is remote/work-from-home. Responsibilities • Lead Integration Design: architect and design complex, enterprise-level integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion to connect Workfront with systems such as Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, AEM Sites & Assets, Gen Studio, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, JIRA, Seismic, and others. • Build System Architecture: develop scalable architectures to solve complex problems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation to achieve client objectives (e.g., streamlined content workflows and improved collaboration and content creation). • Configure iPaaS Solutions: implement and configure Workfront Fusion and other iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, Tray.io) to create robust integrations, including: • Workfront automations to streamline project management and task workflows • Integrations with Gen Studio to access campaign briefs, target personas, timelines, and product messaging from Workfront Planning • Integrations with AEM for content delivery and asset management • Connections to Salesforce, SAP, Workday, JIRA, Seismic, and other systems to enable end-to-end content supply chain efficiency • Strategic Consulting: facilitate high-level sessions to translate business needs into robust integration architectures, fostering client confidence through thought leadership and technical expertise. • Trusted Advising: act as a trusted advisor on integration strategies to align with business goals and drive digital transformation. • Client Collaboration: partner with clients to understand business needs, identify key components of their content supply chain, and address technical challenges through tailored integrations. • Testing & Deployment: support testing plans for integrations, ensuring data integrity and readiness for go-live deployments. • Process Optimization: leverage Workfront Fusion to enhance content supply chain processes, integrating with AEM and GenAI tools to improve PLM and ALM workflows. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with technical, creative, and customer-success teams to ensure integrations align with AEM, GenAI, and other platforms, incorporating client feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications • 1-3 years (level 1) / 3-6 years (level 2) / 7+ years (level 3) experience designing and implementing integrations with Adobe Workfront Fusion. Experience with Workato, Tray.io, or similar iPaaS is a plus. • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, with experience in SaaS or content supply chain environments preferred. • Deep understanding of web service APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks (OAuth/HTTP basic auth/API keys; REST/SOAP; XML/JSON/PDF/CSV). • Strong experience connecting Workfront to systems such as Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, Gen Studio, AEM, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, JIRA, and Seismic. • Strong knowledge of Workfront architecture, work automations, Workfront Proof, and AEM integration for content/asset management. • Understanding of content supply chain workflows; ability to apply Lean/Agile process improvements. • Proficiency in tracking SaaS metrics using Workfront reporting, AEM Analytics, or Tableau. • Excellent interpersonal skills; experience leading requirements gathering, workshops, training, and presenting solutions. • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document technical and strategic recommendations clearly. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field is a plus. • Adobe Workfront Fusion certification is highly preferred.
