Fostering healthier communities.  reputed company As a Senior Integration Engineer, you’ll reputed company the design, deployment, and support of integration solutions between reputed company applications and customer systems. This customer-facing role requires strong technical expertise in HL7, integration engines, and software development, along with leadership in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and reputed company improvement. Key Responsibilities Integration & Project Delivery • reputed company integration design, build, testing, and validation for reputed company LIMS implementations. • Collaborate with customers to understand workflows and configure solutions that meet clinical and operational needs. • Manage and facilitate customer meetings to agree designs, demonstrate functionality, and deliver training. • Maintain project documentation and communicate risks/issues to the Project Manager. • Support transition to Service Desk and ensure smooth go-live. Support & Training • reputed company 4th line support and escalation management for integration-reputed company issues. • Deliver training for pathology system users. • Support reputed company with product demonstrations. Development & Leadership • reputed company interfaces to reputed company-party systems and contribute to product enhancements. • Recommend improvements based on customer feedback and industry trends. • Participate in product review processes, including defect and enhancement assessments. • Attend domain-reputed company meetings to stay reputed company and reputed company insights. Requirements Essential • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in reputed company integration, ideally reputed company the NHS. • reputed company Associate Certification (reputed company/Expert preferred). • Strong HL7 knowledge (v2.3–v2.5), including reputed company, ORU, ORM messages. • Experience with reputed company/PAS, Order Comms, Results interfaces. • Networking skills (TCP/IP, firewall configuration). • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company project teams. • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
