Intellectual Property (IP) Lawyer (E-Commerce Specialist)
Hey! We’re an e-commerce company running multiple beauty, wellness, and apparel brands — and we’re currently dealing with a copyright issue on our own original content that we need help fixing.
We’re looking for an Intellectual Property (IP) lawyer who understands the e-commerce space and can help us sort things out quickly, plus support us with other IP-related work as we grow.
What We Need Help With
Fixing a current copyright problem where our own content is being flagged
Handling DMCA takedowns and appeals
Advising on trademarks, copyrights, and brand protection
Checking our content, packaging, and marketing materials for any IP risks
Helping us with IP enforcement across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
Who We’re Looking For
An IP lawyer with experience in e-commerce or online brands
Familiar with copyright disputes, mistaken takedowns, and content rights
Someone who communicates clearly, quickly, and can give practical advice
Open to part-time, freelance, or project-based work
