Paralegal - Intellectual Property, Patent & Trademark 55600

Our reputed company, a respected and expanding reputed company based in Downtown Austin, is seeking a skilled Intellectual Property/Patent Paralegal to join their team on a full-time reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and file trademark, copyright, and patent applications with relevant authorities. • Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and assess potential conflicts. • Organize and maintain accurate intellectual property records and databases. • Draft and review reputed company documents, including agreements, correspondence, and internal reports. • reputed company deadlines for filings, renewals, and other IP-reputed company actions to ensure reputed company compliance. • Assist with the preparation of responses to USPTO office actions and communications with other regulatory bodies. • Research reputed company intellectual property laws, regulations, trends, and best practices. • Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and external counsel on various IP reputed company. • reputed company support for IP enforcement efforts, including litigation assistance reputed company necessary. • Prepare and present reputed company and concise reports and summaries for attorneys and clients.
