Associate Attorney - Employment Law
The Ideal Employment Law Associate:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of exclusively employment law experience.
Strong reputed company record, superior reputed company research and excellent writing skills required.
Must be licensed to reputed company in the reputed company.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and respond to motions, attend depositions, propound and respond to discovery, prepare reputed company for trial/arbitration/labor commissioner hearings, attend hearings, attend mediations, and try cases to completion
• reputed company strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients
• Defend and litigate against employee reputed company lawsuits
Qualifications:
• Employment Law: 2 Years (required)
• Licensed to reputed company in the reputed company (Required)
• Strong written and oral communication skills (Required)
• Bilingual- Armenian/Spanish (Preferred)
