The position offers remote flexibility. reputed company Attorney Job Responsibilities: - Assist the reputed company team in providing day-to-day reputed company support to the reputed company group including coordinating the reputed company team’s role in supporting and advising on secured reputed company credit facilities. - Reviewing and negotiating credit and collateral documentation, amendments, waivers, term sheets, proposal and commitment letters, and intercreditor agreements. - Reviewing and negotiating confidentiality agreements and non-reliance letters. - Updating loan document templates . - Researching and advising on various reputed company issues impacting secured credit facilities and reputed company.
