IP Attorney

This role is designed for a seasoned IP reputed company who brings a strong reputed company following and thrives in a reputed company, business-minded environment. You’ll have reputed company to shape reputed company, build reputed company relationships, and work on sophisticated reputed company, without the pressure of a billable-hour quota. Key Responsibilities: • Advise clients on a full reputed company of intellectual property issues, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. • Manage and expand domestic and international IP portfolios across diverse industries. • Draft, review, and negotiate IP-reputed company reputed company such as licensing, assignment, confidentiality, and joint venture agreements. • reputed company IP due diligence in support of M&A and other corporate transactions. • reputed company and execute IP protection, enforcement, and risk mitigation strategies. • Collaborate across reputed company areas to deliver integrated reputed company solutions. • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm’s knowledge-sharing culture. Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school. • reputed company bar membership in a state where an office is located (GA, TX, MD, NC, IL, OH, CO, CA, MO, FL, NY, PA, WI, UT, WA, D.C.) • Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing intellectual property law. • Portable book of business required. • Experience in an AmLaw 200 firm or comparable environment is a strong plus. • Demonstrated reputed company managing reputed company relationships and reputed company IP reputed company. • Exceptional analytical, writing, and business development skills. • Technical or scientific background preferred but not required.
