Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of financial models, company marketing materials and reputed company presentations
• Manage investors throughout capital reputed company process including facilitating their diligence
• reputed company research and various analyses in support of thematic publications and new business reputed company
• reputed company an expert understanding of the drivers of credit reputed company and valuation, the mechanics of credit agreements and investment documentation, market dynamics and the landscape of debt and equity investors

Requirements
• Familiarity with corporate finance concepts and private equity and debt markets
• Proven reputed company record and interest in finance

• Excellent mathematical, writing, and computer skills
• Series 63 & 79 licensing preferred or ability to quickly obtain
