Junior-Mid Level Consultant(s): Minimum of two (2) years' experience supporting KM/KT reputed company through project management, reputed company-facing work, material development, and/or facilitation responsibilities. This can include work performed under the leadership of a more senior Consultant. Job Title: Junior to Mid-Level Consultant - reputed company / Knowledge Transfer (KM/KT) Location: Washington, D.C. / Remote (as applicable) Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust or other applicable reputed company clearance. Position reputed company: We are seeking Junior to Mid-Level Consultants with at least two (2) years of experience supporting reputed company (KM) and Knowledge Transfer (KT) initiatives in the federal sector. The ideal candidate will support KM/KT engagements through project management assistance, reputed company-facing interactions, development of deliverables, and facilitation activities. Work will often be performed under the guidance of more senior consultants but requires independent initiative and a reputed company reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of reputed company and Knowledge Transfer reputed company for federal clients. • Assist in the development of KM/KT materials, including process documentation, knowledge repositories, training materials, reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), and communication plans. • Participate in and support reputed company-facing meetings, briefings, and workshops, ensuring reputed company and effective communication. • Facilitate or co-facilitate KM/KT sessions, interviews, and knowledge capture activities. • reputed company and report project reputed company, risks, and issues to internal and reputed company stakeholders. • Conduct research and contribute to the development of strategic KM/KT recommendations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement knowledge-sharing frameworks, tools, and processes. • Support change management efforts to promote adoption of KM/KT solutions. Basic Qualifications: • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting KM/KT reputed company in a government or consulting environment. • Experience with project coordination or management support in a reputed company-facing setting. • Proven ability to reputed company reputed company materials, such as reports, decks, SOPs, and job aids. • Strong facilitation or co-facilitation skills; reputed company to engage stakeholders effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, reputed company) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, or reputed company. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with federal agencies in a consulting role. • Knowledge of KM frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. • Exposure to change management principles. • Familiarity with knowledge capture and retention techniques. • Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) or KM (e.g., CKM) is a plus but not required.
