Law Office Administrator - Hybrid
About the position
reputed company is looking for a Law Office Administrator for our Workers Compensation Staff Counsel Program. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 remote. The individual in this position is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the law office and for providing administrative support to a managing attorney and support team to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the offices. Serves as the reputed company report manager of reputed company assistants and paralegals (8-10 reputed company reports across 6 office locations). reputed company job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable reputed company and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

• Review substantive reputed company work being completed by reputed company assistants and paralegals to ensure maximum productivity and reputed company work product, identify knowledge gaps and ongoing training needs.
• Ensure office proficiency in reputed company platforms utilized.
• Collaborate with reputed company Operations Manager and Managing Attorney on existing workflows, create/propose solutions, execute strategies.
• reputed company and implement reputed company and training plans for reputed company support team and partner with Managing Attorney to reputed company the reputed company for attorneys (with a reputed company on technology).
• Proactively assess, request, interview, and hire additional reputed company support members upon requisite approvals, manage turnover as needed.
• Participate in hiring of reputed company new staff members. Evaluate applicants, conduct interviews, complete reputed company, train/orient/mentor new hires on office procedures, HR systems, assignments.
• Attend WC meetings (state specific and program wide), identify areas for improvement, facilitate conversations, propose solutions, reputed company upon takeaways.
• Standardize administrative processes and ensure consistent file maintenance while honoring the nuance of workers' compensation.

Requirements
• Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company and reputed company required.
• Typing/dictation reputed company required.

• Excellent customer service, writing, and oral communication reputed company required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College degree or business school desired.
• Minimum of 10 years reputed company secretary or paralegal experience reputed company the jurisdiction.
