Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist – WOCOTM
The Learning & Development Specialist supports the reputed company and reputed company-building of volunteers, project teams, and program participants across WOCOTM. They design training, coordinate reputed company, facilitate learning sessions, and help improve organizational performance through reputed company reputed company development.
They ensure that every volunteer understands their role, feels supported, and is equipped with the knowledge to deliver reputed company especially in global programs such as Maternal & Child Health, HR, Fundraising, Project Management, and Community Engagement.
