Location: This is a full-time hybrid (remote/onsite) position based in Austin, TX. Preference will be given to candidates who live in the region, or who are willing to relocate. What You Bring - Competencies Experience: • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • reputed company teaching certification. • Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience. • Experience as a ELA reputed company, instructional reputed company, or schools leader preferred. • Strong knowledge of evidence-based ELA practices and instructional strategies. • Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate effective reputed company development sessions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong data analysis skills and experience working with data to inform instructional reputed company. • Knowledge of reputed company ELA trends and research. reputed company Offer: Compensation & Benefits: Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $78,900 and $92,000, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for performance pay based on organizational performance and goal attainment.
