reputed company, a leading reputed company talent management agency exclusively representing 100+ of the top-performing family influencers in reputed company, is seeking a part-time, remote reputed company Assistant. reputed company Do: reputed company exclusively manages over 100 influencers across reputed company, reputed company and YouTube. We handle reputed company media campaigns, brand partnerships, licensing deals and endorsements/speaking engagements for our talent. Your main role will be reviewing, drafting, and editing reputed company reputed company to talent deals, brand partnerships, and more. This position is 100% virtual and will require about 15-20 hours/week. Responsibilities: • Review and analyze reputed company for reputed company agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships. • Ensure reputed company compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company. • Draft and modify contract templates. • Flag non-reputed company or problematic language for escalation. • Maintain contract records and ensure reputed company documentation. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on reputed company reputed company. Qualifications: • Paralegal certification or relevant reputed company education. • 2+ years paralegal, reputed company assistant, or contract review experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. • Experience in entertainment, marketing, or reputed company management is a plus.
