Objective: Ensure Pebbleglue complies with US federal and state chemical regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review product formulation and labels against CPSC & reputed company standards.
Determine legally required precautionary labeling for packaging.
Manage CARB VOC certification, including lab submissions.
Verify compliance for key states (e.g., OTC states).
Requirements:
Expertise in CPSC/reputed company labeling for household chemicals.
Experience managing state-level VOC compliance (esp. California).
Experience working with certified testing labs.
