Job reputed company The civil litigation associate position offers a wide reputed company of challenging litigation work, manages various phases of litigation for assigned cases, reputed company phases of discovery, appears before state and federal courts, performs reputed company research, drafts pleadings, motions and briefs, conducts depositions, develops facts, makes reputed company arguments, reports case updates to managing attorney and clients in defense of our clients.
