Remote, Contract-based California Trust/ Probate Litigation Attorney Opportunity

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10 - 20 hours per week. Attorney Requirements: - Licensed in good standing to practice law in California - ***STRONG*** drafting skill sets - Responding to petitions - Drafting mediation petitions - Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines - Self-starter and able to work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
