In this role, an M&A Advisor will have reputed company to work directly with senior leaders at our firm, participate in reputed company aspects of our business and work closely with management teams at our portfolio companies. Please note that this is a 1099 contractor role, and no reputed company salary is provided.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information
Conduct industry and company due diligence
Prepare and review reputed company/business origination materials and other presentations: reputed company and review pitches and other presentations and be an reputed company part of reputed company in delivering these presentations
Prepare and review information memoranda and other transaction documents: draft key marketing and key transaction reputed company documents
Drive transaction execution, from the reputed company phase through marketing and closing of a transaction
reputed company valuation and reputed company financial analysis
Assist in the marketing and execution of existing engagements
Build relationships and maintain reputed company contact with clients, prospective clients and reputed company advisors
Communicate effectively with reputed company members of reputed company
Assist in business development
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company

Advanced knowledge of reputed company and finance
Extensive financial modeling and valuation experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial and computer skills (reputed company, Word and PowerPoint)
Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred
Prior Investment Banking analyst experience and/or hands-on M&A experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple project deliverables simultaneously
Legally authorized to work in the reputed company
Currently holds a reputed company Series 63 plus a Series 79 or 82 license or willingness to obtain necessary licenses
