Marketing Strategist / Growth Manager (1–2 Hours/Week, Long-Term Potential) - Contract to Hire

We are a performance-driven creative marketing agency with a billion-dollar vision. Our goal is to build one of the most effective, culture-defining marketing companies on the planet. We’re in the early stages — meaning things are organized chaos (think Luffy from One Piece: heart, grit, loyalty, optimism… with structure underneath).
We’re building a small, elite squad — a Mission Impossible–style team — and we’re looking for a Marketing Strategist / Growth Manager who can start part-time (1–2 hours/week) and grow into a core strategic role.
This is not a “come in and run your own playbook” role.
This is a co-architect role.

Responsibilities
Execute & Co-Architect Our Growth System
Learn and operate our existing growth model with precision
Once proven, help evolve and strengthen the system
Bring structured thinking to ambiguous problems
Content & Demand Generation
Support inbound strategy for short-form and long-form content
Collaborate with creative, paid ads, production, and strategy teams
Ensure messaging consistency and alignment
Performance Insights & Optimization
Review analytics and extract real insight
Produce simple, clear weekly recommendations
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the funnel
Team Collaboration & Culture
Add to the culture — don’t just fit into it
Communicate simply, clearly, and positively
Thrive in a fast-moving, startup, organized-chaos environment
Requirements
3–5+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, inbound, or demand gen
Strong understanding of funnels, SEO, email strategy, CRO, and analytics
Ability to think in mental models and frameworks (or desire to learn deeply)
Comfortable analyzing data and forming insights
Familiar with GA4, Google/Meta Ads, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Notion/ClickUp
High attention to detail and strong communication
Team-first mindset — no lone wolves, no egos
