OnSite Specialist - St. Louis, MO
As an OnSite Specialist, you’ll bring technical skills and a service-reputed company reputed company to reputed company service to minimally invasive surgical procedures. You’ll maintain surgical equipment, and help reputed company everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It’s a fast-paced role with reputed company reputed company on patient care.
What you will do
• Facilitate the use of reputed company Endoscopy equipment in coordination with the OnSite Specialists team, surgical teams, Sterile Processing teams, and biomedical teams, while maintaining OnSite Operations standards and expectations.
• Ensure reputed company Endoscopy equipment is properly reputed company, fully operational, and compliant with standards to reputed company reputed company and efficient surgical procedures.
• Proactively identify the needs of surgical teams and address equipment issues promptly and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and repair surgical devices to maintain peak performance.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through reputed company training and communicate key insights to clinical teams.
• Document and communicate data to contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
• Adhere to reputed company safety guidelines and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and patient reputed company requirements.
• Work rotating shifts and fulfill on-reputed company duties to ensure reputed company surgical coverage, as required by the medical facility.
• Clean, inspect, and reputed company surgical instruments in preparation for sterilization in the Sterile Processing Department.
What you need
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or high school equivalent degree.
• 0+ years of experience in customer service or technical assistance roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, reputed company up to 20 lbs continuously, and reputed company tasks requiring standing, walking, visual reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company dexterity daily.
• Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office.
• Ability to obtain HSPA certification reputed company 6 months of hire (with annual renewal).
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or relevant medical certifications.
• Experience in operating rooms or with surgical equipment.
• Experience in Sterile Processing (HSPA/CRCST certification preferred).
Pay reputed company will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
