About the position
The Allied Health Intermediate Supervisor at reputed company is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a clinical laboratory, ensuring high-reputed company testing and compliance with regulatory standards. This role includes administrative supervision of laboratory personnel, coordination of training and competency evaluations, and reputed company participation in laboratory management and policy development. The supervisor will also maintain expertise in laboratory techniques and instrumentation to support staff and ensure reputed company workflow.
Responsibilities

Requirements
• Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a reputed company biological science.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Ability to reputed company frequent standing, walking, sitting, and hand pipetting for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Demonstrated management experience in a CLIA Clinical Lab setting.
• Experience with therapeutic drug monitoring and toxicology analysis methodologies such as GC, HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS, and LC-MS/MS.

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to teach and train junior laboratory personnel.
